Donna Edwards
Bio | Edwards was born in North Carolina and received her B.A. from Wake Forest University and Franklin Pierce School of Law for her J.D. She worked in the Maryland House of Delegates as well as being involved in a lot of activism before being elected a member of the United States House of Representatives from Maryland’s 4th District in 2008 and remained incumbent until 2017. |
