Earl Blumenauer
Bio | Blumenauer was born in Oregon and attended Lewis and Clark College for undergraduate school as well as for his J.D. He later worked at Portland State University before being elected a member of the Oregon House of Representatives where he served until 1979. He was elected a member of the United States House of Representatives from Oregon’s 3rd District in 1996 where he remains incumbent as of August 2020. |
