Bio | Etsy was born in Illinois and grew up to attend Harvard University and Yale University for her J.D. She then worked as a law clerk and a professor at American University along with several other roles before being elected a member of the United States House of Representatives from Connecticut’s 103rd District and also the 5th District. She served the House of Representatives from 2009-2019 for a total of 10 years. |
