Jack Reed

Bio

Jack Quinn is an American Republican politician and academic administrator who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for New York’s 27th and 30th congressional districts from 1993 to 2005. Following his time in the House, Quinn served as the 10th President of Erie Community College from 2008 to 2017.
