James Blanchard

Bio | James Blanchard is an American Democratic politician, diplomat, and attorney who served as the 45th Governor of the state of Michigan from 1983 to 1991. Prior to this, Blanchard represented the 18th congressional district for Michigan in the U.S. House of Representatives. Most recently, Blanchard served as the U.S. Ambassador to Canada from 1993 to 1996. |
