Michael Regan

Bio

Michael Regan is the appointed Administer of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) within the Biden Administration as well as the secretary of North Carolina’s Department of Environmental Quality, and has previously served as an air quality specialist within the EPA. Regan received a Bachelor’s degree in earth and environmental science from North Carolina A&T State University, and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University.
