Buddy Carter
Bio | Buddy Carter earned his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Young Harris College in 1980. He began his political career by serving on the zoning and commission for the city of Pooler and was elected the mayor in 1996. He served as mayor till 2004 until elected to serve in the house in 2005-2014. He tried for senate and still serves in the House. |
