Bio | Buddy Leach is an American Democratic politician and businessman who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Louisiana’s 4th congressional district from 1979 to 1981. Prior to this, Leach was a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1968 to 1979. Most recently, Leach served as the Chair of the Louisiana Democratic Party from 2010 to 2012. |
