David McKinley
Bio | Born in 1947, MCKinley received his B.S. from Purdue University and worked as an engineer for over a decade. He founded his own firm which turned out to be quite successful. He became a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1980-1994. He was also the Chair of the West Virginia Republican Party during this time. Gone pinnacle of his political career came when he was elected a member of the United States House of Representatives from West Virginia’s 1st District and remains incumbent as of 2020. |
