Diane Black
Bio | Diane Black was born and raised in Maryland. She attended college at Anne Arundel Community College as well as Belmont University. Black worked as a nurse for a period of time and eventually ran for the Tennessee House of Representatives. She became a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives from 1999-2005. She was a Tennessee State Senator from 2005-2011. She successfully ran for the US House of Representatives and became a representative of Tennessee’s 6th district. She served this position from 2011-2019 and during her time she also was the Chair of the House Budget Committee. |
