Donald A. Bailey
Bio | Bailey was born in Pennsylvania and attended the University of Michigan while also playing football at the Division 1 level. He served time in the United States Army where he earned many awards and later working many blue-collar jobs until receiving his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. In 1979, he was elected a member of the United States House of Representatives from Pennsylvania 21st District and remained incumbent until 1983. From 1985-1989, he was the 47th Auditor General of Pennsylvania. |
