Don Johnson Jr.
Bio | Don Johnson Jr. was born and raised in Georgia. He mainly studied law at the University of Georgia as well as the London School of Economics and The Hague Academy of International Law. He served smaller positions in politics such as working in the trade staff of the US House Ways and Means Committee. He also served time in the United States Air Force from 1973-1977. From 1987-993 he served in the Georgia State Senate. Don Johnson won election in 1992 for the United States House of Representatives from Georgia’s 10th District and remained incumbent in this position from the years 1993-1995. After, he was appointed as an ambassador at the Office of the United States Trade Representative by President Bill Clinton. He held this position from 1998-2000. |
