Bio | Donna was born in New Jersey and attended St. Mary’s College in Indiana as well as George Washington University for her M.D. She worked as a physician as well as a delegate to the United States House of Representatives from the US Virgin Islands at-large district. In 2016, she was elected Chair of the Virgin Islands Democratic Party where she remained until 2018. |
