Ed Royce
Bio | Royce was born in California and attended California State University. He worked as a tax manager before becoming a member of the California Senate from 1982-1993. He successfully ran for the United States House of Representatives in 1993. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1993-2019 and during his time as representative, he served as chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. |
