Bio | Frank Garner has dedicated his life to law enforcement, graduating with a degree in criminal justice and criminology from Flathead Valley Community College, also attending The Western Institute of Community Oriented Policing, the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, and the FBI Regional Leadership Training Group. Alongside memberships in nonprofit organizations and foundations, and as a securities and law enforcement consultant, Garner has, as an officer, Chief of Police, and Detective, accumulated over thirty years of accolades, including Police Officer of the Year (twice), City Chamber of Commerce Great Chief Award, and several community service awards. |
