Frank Lucas
Bio | Frank Lucas is an American Republican politician who currently serves as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Oklahoma’s 3rd congressional district, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to this, Lucas represented the 6th district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1994 to 2003. As a representative of the 3rd district, Lucas has served as the Chair of the House Agriculture Committee and currently serves as a Ranking Member of the House Science Committee. |
