Frank McCloskey
Bio | Frank McCloskey was an American Democratic politician and veteran of the United States Air Force who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Indiana’s 8th congressional district from 1983 to 1995. Prior to this, McCloskey served as the Mayor of Bloomington, Indiana from 1972 to 1983. McCloskey passed away in 2003. |
