Bio | Harry Reid is an American Democratic politician and attorney who served as a U.S. Senator for the state of Nevada from 1987 to 2007, during which time he was the Senate Majority Leader (2007-2015) and Senate Minority Leader (2005-2007, 2015-2017). Prior to this, Reid served in the U.S. House of Representatives, Nevada Assembly, and spent time as the 25th Lieutenant Governor of Nevada. |
