James Bilbray
Bio | James Bilbray is an American Democratic politician and veteran of the U.S. Army who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Nevada’s 1st congressional district from 1987 to 1995. Prior to this, Bilbray served in the Nevada Senate. He has since held a variety of federal positions, including Acting Chairman of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service and Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service. |
