Bio | Prior to his career in politics, Scott Taylor was enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a Navy Seal. As a Seal, he partook in counter-narcotics and in foreign intelligence defense missions. He is fluent in Spanish. He received a certification in government contracting from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts concentrating on International Relations from the Harvard University Extension School. |
