Bio

Steve Womack graduated from Arkansas Tech University and enlisted in the Arkansas Army National Guard; he also served as executive officer of the army ROTC program at the University of Arkansas. He previously served as chair of the House Budget Committee and is the Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee.
