Trump’s Top 10 Most Funny Moments

By · Jan 5, 2021 · 6 min read

Few men, let alone presidents have lived lives similar to those of Donald J Trump. A life so bold and misunderstood, that one might lose their sanity trying to make sense of it. However, we will attempt to anyway. So buckle in as we dive into the psyche of America’s 45th President.

Feline fanatic

Many have turned their nose up at this profound moment in the business mogul turned president’s life. So quickly the world showed disgust at this horrific and degrading innuendo. However, one cannot be so quick to judge. Donald J Trump is and always will be a man of cats. And while the 45th president may speak rather bluntly about how he handles his furry friends. I assure you the man’s love for the animal kingdom knows no bounds and his unfiltered language is simply a representation of that.

A Modest Dinner

During the second year of his presidency on January 14, Donald Trump welcomed the Clemson Tigers, NCAA 2019 football champions, to the White House. Many were shocked and amused at the meal the President had prepared for the athletes. While an unorthodox choice of catering upon first glance, very little critical thinking reveals that few other options make sense. These are college-aged kids, after all. Kids who have put their bodies and diets through a grueling season to come out as champions. These athletes didn’t want small, well-presented meals with fine silverware, they wanted to roll their sleeves up and get into the core of an American institution of fast food. A desire our president fulfilled.

All Hands on Deck

During the opening of a Global Center for Combating Extreme Ideology in Saudi Arabia. We can see Trump, King Salman of Saudi Arabia, and President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt placing their hands on a glowing globe. The internet was quick to speculate the story behind this photo. The true story, while not as interesting as some of the theories circulating, is just as ‘shocking”. You see everyone in this photo is being electrocuted as there is an open current flowing through that globe. An odd way for world leaders to establish dominance but stranger things have certainly been done. And by the looks of this photo, it seems as though Trump is in it for the win.

Dangerous Friends

In a 2017 incident, Guardian reporter Ben Jacobs was questioning congressional candidate Greg Gianforte about his healthcare policy. Gianforte in a rare response to such a complex issue “body-slammed” the reporter.  Donald Trump’s response to this incident was shocking yet completely understandable. During a campaign rally the president “Any guy that can do a body slam, he’s my kind of—he’s my guy”. Now, this could be seen as a crude remark referring to an incident that resulted in a misdemeanor assault charge of a United States Congressman. But think about it, how many people do you know that could perform a high-level freestyle wrestling or judo move with proficiency. Are these not useful friends to have? Are these not dangerous enemies to make?

Stallion like Complexion

It was October 2018 when news broke out that Stormy Daniels, an adult film star and alleged ex-mistress of the president, had her defamation lawsuit thrown out. The president in celebratory fashion tweeted  “Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas.” The majority of decent-minded people were outraged and the backlash was brutal. However, these people failed to realize that this was simply a compliment made in good faith toward the retired adult film star. You see along with cats as we’ve already established Donald Trump is also a man of horses. His love for these large practical animals is extraordinary and like most of the things the president has involved himself in, simply outside of the understanding of common folk like you and I. This tweet is perhaps one of the nicest things Donald J Trump has said and Mrs. Daniels should be flattered.

Stone-Cold Stare

August 21st, 2017 was a special and historic day not only for Donald Trump and the nation but also for the rest of the planet as well. A solar eclipse occurred that day and as many people are aware it can be quite dangerous to look into one without proper protection. However danger is not a concept in the billionaire turned president’s psyche, in order to achieve great things one must be able to face great risks. And while many may find this image of our 45th president laughable, there is nothing comedic about a man coming face to face with the danger of permanent vision damage in order to fully comprehend the beauty of one of the most spectacular occurrences in our solar system.

 Pulse Check

Many critics of the president have been quick to use this photo to judge the relationship between Donald Trump and the first lady. And upon first glance the photo is surely damning, showing the president reaching for the first lady’s hand only to be rejected and left with this awkward pose. However pictures can be misleading, and what seems like a failed hand grab is actually a “pulse-check” from a concerned president and husband making sure his wife and the nation’s first lady who just endured a long plane ride Donald Trump is okay.

From the 3 point line

In 2018 the 45th president found himself in San Juan, Puerto Rico meeting with the survivors of the brutal and devastating Hurricane Maria. Among the many predicaments these people faced, a lack of basic supplies and commodities was one of them. And it was a lack of these supplies that Donald Trump found himself replenishing. Many found his method of doing so insensitive. However, the leader of the free world runs on a tight schedule and it is only practical to deliver the supplies in the most efficient way possible when on such a time constraint. We could say that launching said supplies into the crowd is not an efficient way of doing so, but that is why Donald Trump is president and we are not.

Connecting with the next generation

During Christmas eve 2018 Donald Trump was taking phone calls and one of them happened to be a 7-year-old girl eager to speak with the president. And it was clear the leader of the free world had an agenda for the conversation as well when he asked the kid “Are you still a believer in Santa? Because at seven it’s marginal, right?” Many hailed this as another insensitive act by the 45th president, however, the intentions are clear. Donald Trump is making serious attempts at understanding the psyche of the American youth and as a man who himself believed in the existence of Santa Claus until the ripe age of 15, the president would like to know how marginal his own experience is.

First in Line

In 2017 the president found himself in Brussels for a NATO summit. While waiting in line a disgruntled 45th president found himself unsatisfied with his place in line. As a result, Donald Trump pushed the prime minister of Montenegro to secure a better spot. This only reveals the authenticity in Donald Trump and that when he said “America First”, he meant it.
